The picture on the right displays Christina Milian's latest transformation....and it's raising many eyebrows and questions in the industry.

Is she working on a new film? Is she on drugs? What's gotten into her?

I don't know but I hope she has a good explanation for this monstrosity. From the hair, glasses, lip stick, shirt and jacket....she looks a HOT MESS!!!!

Usher and friends had many comments to make about Milian's new look, and I don't blame them. I think someone needs to call the Bama Police....because Milian is a fugitive on the loose!!!!
