For those of you that tuned in to last weeks segment of Real Talk Radio where we discussed "Sex & Relationships," you'll recall that we didn't make it to the sex part of the topic. As promised, here is an overview of what I planned to cover....I hope you enjoy!

Before you can successfully please your partner, sexually, its a good idea that you explore yourself and find out what it takes for you to climax. Most men are comfortable and often practice masturbating but women aren't as adventurous or know how to orgasm without the help of a partner. Here are a few helpful tips (ladies) to help you explore and find the hidden freak in you!!

Most women orgasm from stimulation of the clitoris. Others can only orgasm from vaginal penetration, known as G-Spot stimulation. Rapper Shyne: Deported to Belize

After serving 9 years in prison for his role in a New York City nightclub shooting, Moses Levi, aka Shyne was released from prison Wednesday and deported to Belize to reside with his father, Prime Minister, Dean Barrow. Straight off the plane Shyne was greeted by his family, who then took him to Princess Royal Youth Hostel where he gave a motivational speech.

Rocsi - Misunderstood or Confused?

Rocsi recently spoke with Honey Magazine about the rumors and comments made about her climb to success. check out what she had to say.

“I think a lot of these Web sites need a story.” They need to find somebody to pick on, and I just so happen to be one of those girls. I’ve always had that coming up against Free on a black network and not being black.”

“I got where I’m at because of my work,” Rocsi insists. “I never had to lay on my back to get where I was. I come from a Latino background where family and the way we were brought up was very important. That’s how we conducted ourselves as ladies. And that’s a very important thing to my family, so yeah, when these blogs come out and they start talking shit — you’re messing with what my parents instilled in me. And I know it isn’t true. But I’m glad I have great family members who know that I wasn’t brought up that way, to not be blinded by this industry.

I mean it’s real bad when it gets to the point where everything’s so unbearable. You really got to have that strength, because if I didn’t have that strength in me, I would kill myself. There are some days when I’m like ‘How bad do I want to kill myself right now? What is the point of going on when so many people despise me or hate what I do? At the end of the day, I don’t meltdown because I’m still going to be on BET,” Rocsi says. “Internet gangsters are so tough. They’re so tough.”

When asked bout being thick, Rocsi responded:

“As women you have those fat days, but in my mind, those days are a little too frequent,” Rocsi says. “To this day, when somebody calls me thick, that’s not a compliment to me. Don’t call me thick. I hate that. I think thick is fat. I used to think that if I had curves or stomach flab that meant I was fat. I used to go over 110 lbs, I would think ‘I’m fat.’ If I see on a scale 118 [lbs.], I would start starving myself to get myself down to what I need to be at.”

I was never a big fan of hers and after reading this interview my thoughts of her haven't changed. She sounds fairly weak to be suicidal about rumors and comments people make....suck it up and keep moving. Not to mention her comment about being thick. I know everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but to me being thick is sexy....forget about being "thin" is all about being HEALTHY. Get your mind right Rocsi.

Iphone Users In Danger???

Did you know that extensive use on your Iphone could cause brain cancer?

The Federal Communication Commission (FCC) has released a report stating that consumers need to be aware of their risk factors when purchasing and using the Iphone. The amount of human exposure to radio frequencies (RF) has become a global concern, especially with Apples popular, best selling mobile device....the 3GS Iphone.

When analyzing the Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) of RF, the results were troubling and for many could mean deadly. The Iphone model 3Gs ranked 0.563 mW/g - 1.19 mW/g, barely meeting the FCC SAR limit of 1.6 mW/g. These values calcuate the rate of which your brain absorbs RF. In comparison to other parts of the body, SAR is higher when absorbed through the brain rather than any other part of the body. Primarily because our brain is 85% water, which absorbs RF at a faster rate.

Research and statistics linking mobile devices with brain cancer victims has yet to be reported, but the FCC plans to air on the side of caution. So for all you Iphone users....try using your hands free/head set when talking on your phone especially for long periods of time. When you feel your phone over heating, get off the phone and text.

The Legend of the Bunny Man

Anybody from the DMV remembers the legend of "Bunny Man." I grew up learning about him when I was only 5 year old. During that time, I meet him....not face to face, but face to foot.

One day while home alone with my brother and cousins, I received a late night knock on my bed room window. When we peeked through the shade to see who it was....there stood this tall figure wearing a bunny suite...waving his hand in the window. Having heard horrific stories about the Bunny Man...we knew his visit was bad news.

Scared out of our minds, we scattered all around the house in hiding...We never opened the window or looked again....and never forgot about our close encounter.

I've told friends about it...but some think it's foolish...don't believe me...check out this documentary below.

Tyler Perry Responds to Spike Lee

Tyler Perry spoke with 60Minutes, in response to comments made by Spike Lee about his films. During an interview with Ed Gordon on Our World with Black Enterprise, Spike Lee voiced his opinion about what he considers “demeaning characters” and racial stereotypes in Perry's films. He stated:

“I think there is alot of stuff that’s out today that’s coonery and buffoonery. I see ads for “House of Payne” and “Meet The Browns” and I’m scratching my head. We got a black president and we are going back. The image is troubling and we are going back to Amos & Andrews”

Chris Brown is still in love with Rihanna and it shows. He posted a video of the good times they shared, along with a message on his twitter page. White Student Crowned Ms. Hampton

Controversy swept Hampton University Friday, when Nikole Churchill made HU history, by being crowned the first non-African American Homecoming Queen.

Students and faculty members didn't take well to the idea of having a white Ms. Hampton at such a prestigious HBCU, and argued that Churchill didn't meet the qualifications.

Churchill is a commuter nursing student, that attends virtual classes from her Virginia Beach home. According to many students, Churchill is not known on campus and doesn't partake in any extra curricular activities.

Dismayed by the student and faculty response, Churchill wrote a letter to President Obama. In her letter to the President she complained about the racial overturns on campus and asked him to speak to the University about racism. Here's an excerpt of what she wrote:

"My victory was the best moment in my life, however attitudes of some students on campus has sullied my victory. It would be much easier to say that possibly some were not accepting of the news because I wasn’t the most qualified contestant; however, the true reason for the disapproval was because of the color of my skin. I am not African American.”

Raymond vs. Raymond

Things are getting ugly in the Raymond household. Usher has called the police on wifey Tameka for the second time, and based on his new release "Papers" they are definitely getting a divorce.

Too bad it took 2 kids, turmoil between he and his mother and his last album "Here I Stand" to flop, for him to see that Tameka wasn't the one. I hope he signed a prenump and has a good lawyer to help him keep Tameka from breaking his pockets.

Sources say, Tameka and Usher got into a heated dispute a few days ago over Usher's new release "Papers" and the title of the new album "Raymond Vs. Raymond." Angry that Usher is putting their business on blast, Tameka demanded that Usher change the name of the album..... and of course he refused.

Didn't she know what she was getting herself into when he dropped "Confessions?"

Anyway the argument got ugly and Usher demanded Tameka to leave the house, and on her way out, she scratched up his truck.....how classy. Anywho, Usher called the police on Tameka but there are no reports indicating whether charges were filed or if an arrest was issued.

With five kids now (three from a previous marriage & 2 with Usher), the last thing Tameka needs is trouble with the law. I hope she wakes up and smells the coffee and gracefully steps down from the situation. Let him sign those papers and move on.

Capitalism is an economic system where the means of production are privately owned by individuals rather than by the government. Sound good right...NOT.....In a capitalist society, you have a free market and companies live by the profit motive. They exist only to make money.

Where does that leave you as the consumer? In the hands of the greedy. We work for them, we buy from them and what do we get in return? Nothing. Many of us are left dreaming, hoping to one day enjoy a piece of the pie. Fooled into believing that WE control our destiny to fame and fortune....well here's a rude awaking people.... you are more likely to fall into to sad abyss of poverty than you are to EVER become rich. Only two months after delivering David Otunga Jr. Jennifer Hudson is ready to share him with the world.

Revealed through People magazine, Jennifer talks about her experience of being pregnant and giving birth.

"I would forget I was pregnant, it was so easy. I didn’t have any morning sickness, no cravings either. I just thought, ‘Oh, well, we’ll wait until it’ll tell on itself.’ I didn’t show until I was seven months so that made it easy right there. Everybody told me how much it was going to hurt afterwards but I think I have a different tolerance for pain than others. By that night after I had the baby, I’m like, ‘Look, I can’t sit in this bed anymore. I’ve got to get up!’ I’ve been up and about since he was born. To me, the pain is no different than when you work out a muscle you’ve never worked out before and it’s sore.”

Lola Monroe Performs in VA

Angel Lola Luv....hit Ned Devine's of Sterling, VA last night....performing several tracks from her new release, "Boss Bitch's World." For those of you that aren't familiar with Angel, she's a model/video vixen/ex-stripper from DC who has now ventured into the rap industry.

First let me start by saying that Angel is probably one of the coolest, most humble artist that I've met in the game. She stepped on the stage showing the DMV much love. She mingled in the crowd and took pictures with fans and even showed other artist love and respect for their performances. While I give her much props on her social skills, I can't say the same about her music or swag.

With a banger body like hers, Angel doesn't have to try hard to give sex appeal or accentuate her curves....but the outfit she wore was all wrong. Her booty sagged in her shorts, and you could see cellulite in her thighs. I was surprised to see such a petite girl with cottage cheese on her legs. Not to mention her shoes looked like pay less specials....I hate to be so critical, but I'm only stating the obvious and besides when you rap about being a "Boss Bitch" your swag better be on point.

It was interesting to see all that azz in the flesh...trust me, it looks better in the magazines and in the videos than it does in person. I thought to myself....this can't be real....as if i didn't already know. I did some research to see what Ms. Monroe looked like before all the cosmetic surgery, and boy what a difference.....take a look at the flicks below.

I hate to dis her album, but it really needs work. Her flow is lacking versatility, and she needs to stop rapping over every body's music. I think Lola has a lot of potential and with the right producers and writers she could make big moves, but in the mean time I guess she'll have to settle for Ned Devine's.

Suspect in 'AJ' Murder Case

Frederick Richardson is the suspect in the alleged murder of Kandi Burress's ex-fiance, Ashely 'AJ' Jewell.

He is currently in police custody under a voluntary manslaughter charge and is denied bail. His attorney is trying to get the charges reduced pending autopsy results of AJ.

A recent report from TMZ says witnesses of the brawl told authorities that A.J. was walking and talking after the fight. Instead of taking an ambulance to the hospital, AJ hitched a ride with one of his friends.

The Fulton County Medical Examiner's Office reports that A.J.'s "body showed evidence of a physical altercation, but they are tyring to determine the extent of those injuries while also looking to see if there was another cause of death."

There is speculation that AJ may have died of a heart attack, but we'll have to see what the autopsy result conjure to confirm the facts.

WHO SHOULD HAVE A MAMMOGRAM & WHEN?

An annual mammogram is one of your best defenses against breast cancer. If you are a woman, you NEED a mammogram. The American Cancer Society guidelines recommend:

• Baseline examination - before age 40
• Every year - age 40 & up

These guidelines depend on your clinical needs and family history of breast cancer. Your doctor may recommend a mammogram more frequently if you have a significant family history (i.e., mother, sister, daughter).

Keep in mind that most women who get breast cancer do not have a family history....so regardless of your heredity get your annual mammogram.

Tyler Perry....Sets the Stage for a Confession

In recent celeb gossip, Tyler Perry opens up about the physical and sexual abuse he suffered as a child. In an email he wrote to fans, Tyler gave explicit details about his encounters. Check out excerpts from the email below.

It's hard to fathom the thought of someone experiencing so much abuse as a child. I'm surprised he doesn't focus his films and plays on child molestation or homosexuality. I find it peculiar that he chose this avenue to reveal these hidden secrets. I wonder if he's setting the stage to finally free himself of something else he's been hiding for a long time.....his sexuality.

Sexual abuse by a woman:

I couldn't have been more than 10 years old when I went over to play with her son and Matchbox cars. She opened the door in skimpy lingerie. There was a man sitting on the couch, smoking. She told me that her son was in the bedroom. I was there playing with him about 20 minutes when I heard the man arguing with her. He said he was leaving and slammed the door. She came into the bedroom and told me that I had to go home. She told her son to take a bath and she locked him in the bathroom.

I was at the front door trying to get out, when she came in and laid on the sofa and asked me if I wanted the key. I told her I had to go home as it was getting dark. She put the key inside of herself and told me to come get it, pulling me on top of her.

Sexual abuse by a man:

I got a call not long ago from a friend. He told me that a man that I knew from church when I was a kid had died and he didn't have any insurance. His family was trying to reach out to me to see if I would pay for his funeral. I quickly said no, but I wish I would have said yes. There is something so powerful to me in burying the man that molested me. I wish I would have dug the grave myself.

Watching his father sexually abuse his friend:

I was about 8 or 9 years old. I had a crush on a little girl across the street. She would come over to my house and we'd play. She was about 12 or 13. One day she stopped coming and when I asked her why, she told me that my father was touching her.

I didn't believe her, so I talked her into staying one night. We were both asleep -- she was in one bed and I was in another. I opened my eyes to see my father trying to touch her and her pushing him away. I moved in my bed trying to make him think I was waking up. He looked over at me and left out of the room.

Not long after that, he beat me mercilessly for something again. Another mind game set up, so I told my mother what he had done. The blood drained from her face. We left that day. We were at my Aunt's house and he came there about 1am. Not long after that we were back at home. DC School Protest

The District of Columbia student body government is calling on DC Mayor Adrian M. Fenty to answer questions about the massive faculty layoffs that took place Friday.

Over 200 DC students skipped class yesterday to protest against D.C. Schools Chancellor, Michelle A. Rhee's decision to cut nearly 400 staff members, including 229 teachers, according to the Washington Post. Rhee has said the "layoffs are necessary to close a $43.9 million gap in the fiscal 2010 budget that was triggered by a round of mid-summer spending cuts by the D.C. Council." In addition to the budget cuts, Rhnee's primary focus is to increase the quality of education in DC public schools, by dismissing the instructors that add the least value and award the good instructors with more money.

While this plan is a noble effort to transform and save DC schools, Rhnee's tactics are considered harsh and irrational. Students from the affected high schools, especially graduating seniors from Mckinley High, say the numbers don't add up and the wrong faculty members were fired.

Among the 15 McKinley staff members dismissed, were two popular guidance counselors, Sheila Gill and Rhonda Robinson. Students say Gill and Robinson were helping them prepare for college and with admission deadlines only a month away, what are they left to do?

The mayor has yet to make a public address and students are using every resource possible to get his attention. Hopefully he and Rhnee are working to devise a plan that will restore order in DC schools, and provide the students with the education they deserve.

Nivea....Krazy...D'arranged

Every time I see a video clip of Nivea....I shake my head in disappointment. She and Frankie (Keyshia Cole's mother) must be drinking the same Kool Aid because Nivea acts a fool in public and during interviews.

I know I'm dead wrong for this....... but when I heard Chris Brown's new single "I Can Transform You," all I could think about was how he transformed Rihanna's face when he two pieced her. What way to reenter the game....

Did anyone else have the same thought, or am I by myself on this one?



Either way, the song is hot....I just think he should have dropped another single instead of this one!!

Life After G-Unit

Remember Olivia? She was signed with G-Unit, released an album and was featured on a few 50 Cent tracks....well after being dropped from the label in 07, Olivia moved her talent somewhere it'd be more appreciated.....AFRICA!!!

Apparently Olivia is doing big things over there in the Congo. She recently released a new song with Congolese.. and is in the process of filming the first video. Check it out!



Notice how the caption reads "Olivia - G-Unit" they might want to correct that before 50 robs them of every red cent for using his label.....Olivia is no longer apart of the G-Unit camp.

Brandy's Still Got It!!!!

I absolutely love Brandy's voice...so angelic...captivating...she gives me goose bumps every time I hear her sing. I can't wait to see what she's got cooking, now having entered the studio to finally produce her fifth LP. I know whatever it is will be hot...Brandy has never let me down!

Kandi's Ex-Fiance Murdered

Ashley "AJ" Jewell was murdered Friday, in a brawl that took place outside of the “Body Tap” strip club that he co-owned. Jewell was the ex-fiance of "Real Housewives of Atlanta," Kandi Burruss.

Channel 2 Action News reported that Jewell received a severe head injury during the fight. Atlanta Police Lt. Keith Meadows said Jewell was taken to Piedmont Hospital where he later died.

Police have not determined a motive for the brawl, but the investigation is still under way.

Jewells appeared on the second season of "Real Housewives of Atlanta" with Kandi, during which the two split, leaving Kandi with custody of 2 of his 6 children. The two girls are pictured below with Kandi and her daughter. I know this must be devestating for Kandi, espeically after loosing her Uncle only a few days ago.
